Take a Class
MintFit
Our Group Fitness Sessions, often called MintFit is generally run as a 45minute, circuit style session. Using weights, cardio, body weight, equipment, agility, resistance bands and so much more. Each session changes so there's no time to get bored. Starting off with a warm up and finishing with a cool down and stretch. All of Mint Sessions, also focus on our core. Proper body placement is a big part of what we do too.
Mat Pilates
This class is sure to become your next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. By combining fun and enjoyment with movement, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
Bootcamp
Bootcamp in all their glory. Often run over 6 week blocks, they're a great way to get outside, make new friends and focus on your fitness.
Movement & Mobility
Within this amazing class we mindfully move out bodies, utilising many of the moves we already know, adding resistance bands, Pilates moves and light weights. It's a great way to connect our minds with our bodies & strengthen ourselves right from the core.
Fast30
Run over a fast 30minutes, we get straight into it and work the whole 30minutes. Get your sweat on and your heart rate up.
Weights & Sculpt
We leave our ego's at home in this session, but we do bring our fun. Lighter weights are used to sculpt our bodies, bringing out our trusty resistance bands, Pilates equipment and of course our core doesn't get left behind. Utilising many of the moves we already know and adding a few smaller ones, we're sure to build strength and bring a bit of sexi back.
These sessions are capped to small numbers, they're very personal and a lot of fun xo Working our whole bodies.
Youth & Kids Mat Pilates
This class is sure to become the youth in your life's next obsession. It’s based around the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together.
Don't be fooled by the name, adults could join in on our kids & Youth Mat Pilates Classes, there's nothing easy about them. We've discovered that our kids and our Youth can move their bodies & enjoy doing so, just like us adults. Our kids & Youth Mat Pilates classes use age appropriate wording to help the movements better be understood by our kids.

Youth Weights
A safe space for our kids to get some weight training in. Focusing on how our bodies move & body placement, building strength both within our minds while building it in our bodies. Working with their peers which also teaches our youth community.

Kids Fitness Sessions
These are a bunch of fun! We take the focus off exercise and draw it to fun. Most ages are Welcome into our Kids Fitness Sessions, we tailor them to the personalities & abilities over age.
Our kids get to take a little bit of charge sometimes and work together as well as individually. These are especially suited to those kids of ours that aren't soo keen on team sports. By combining fun and enjoyment with physical activity, we’re here to prove that we can maximize your potential with emotional and physiological fitness.
