Beginners Mat Pilates

Service Description

Come and join us on the mat for some mat Pilates. Unwind that mind and connect it to our movement & our breath. Our mat Pilates Classes run for 45minutes and finish with a mini meditation when time permits. Thursday's 2pm & Sunday's 9:45am kids are welcome to attend with their carers/parents. Note, there may not be meditations on these days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Resheduling is a must. Failing to do so will forfeit the amount for the missed class & session. Sewing Classes are able to be refundable when the spot can be filled so with an admin fee addes. Min 2hours for Pilates & 1hour min for Groups Fitness Sessions
