Service Description

MintFit sessions change each session. Weights, body weight, cardio, agility, equipment, you name it, we pretty much do it. They're fun, they're supportive. Indoor and outdoor & we're family friendly which means your kids can tag along to almost all of our sessions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Resheduling is a must. Failing to do so will forfeit the amount for the missed class & session. Sewing Classes are able to be refundable when the spot can be filled so with an admin fee addes. Min 2hours for Pilates & 1hour min for Groups Fitness Sessions
